MOU’s (Memorandums of Understanding)
One of the core functions of the Authority is to enter into memoranda of understanding with regulatory and law enforcement agencies within and outside Seychelles.
In the spirit of cooperation and exchange of information with its global counterparts, the FSA has signed MOUs with a number of foreign regulatory authorities in Alderney, Mauritius, South Africa, Isle of Man, Jersey, Labuan and Russia.
