Request for information
Information can be requested from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) by a foreign and domestic regulatory authority or persons in or out of Seychelles who have functions in relation to the prevention or detection of financial crime, including money laundering, financing of terrorism, misconduct in, or misuse of information relating to, financial markets and offences involving fraud or dishonesty as specified by section 17 of the FSA Act.
Requests for Information may contain confidential information and shall not be divulged to any third party without the written consent of the FSA.
All requests must be submitted in a formal letter addressed to:

Please ensure to include the following details in your request:
- Reason for the request
- The lawful basis under which the information is being requested
- Your statutory function
- State if you are requesting for information on a firm or individual
- Deadline for the FSA to provide the requested information
- Further information you wish to disclose which may assist us with the request
